CTZNO--Coated Zinc Oxide

Product Name: COATED ZINC OXIDE

Brand name: CTZNO

The anti-diarrhea effect of high dose zinc oxide on piglets has been widely recognized. Zinc oxide is an amphoteric compound, which can be dissolved in acid and strong alkali. When zinc oxide is added to feed without coating, zinc oxide will react with gastric acid or added acidifier in gastric juice to generate corresponding zinc salt.

ZnO+2H*+H20-----Zn2++2H20

Zinc oxide has the characteristics of convergence, adsorption and antibacterial, and its action state is molecular state, not ionic salt. Therefore, it is one of the core technologies of preparing antibiotic-free feed to ensure that molecular zinc oxide can avoid the influence of gastric acid and acidifier added in feed and reach the small intestine smoothly, so as to give full play to the role of zinc oxide and save digestive acid. Our CTZNO is helpful to achieve this goal.

Main Ingredients: activated zinc oxide, seaweed gum, palm oil.

Content value of analysis: Zinc 62-68%; Moisture <10%; arsenic <5ppm; lead <20ppm; cadmium<8ppm.

Performance characteristics of CTZNO:

1, The coated active zinc oxide has no negative effects on feed microecological preparations, enzyme preparations, vitamins, oils and other nutrients.
2It does not react with acidic raw materials such as acidifier and fermented soybean meal in feed, does not generate heat, and does not cause temperature rise during feed processing and to stabilize feed quality;

3, Over stomach acid, the dissolution rate in the stomach is low (less than 5%), and it is only dissolved under the action of intestinal environment and digestive enzymes (more than 95%), so it will not
consume gastric acid and acidifier added in feed;

4. The active zinc oxide core material was screened out through the antibacterial performance test, which had a good inhibitory effect on Escherichia coli at the dosage of 0.2%, and the diarrhea resistance of piglets was better.

Usage and dosage:

CTZNO is suitable for piglet feed in the first two weeks after weaning to control diarrhea. The recommended dosage per ton of complete feed is 2kg, and the maximum dosage is 2.2kg.

Storage:

Anti-exposure, in the ventilated, dry place storage.

Shelf life:

18 months, in original sealed packaging.
